DUTIES GENERALLY INCLUDE:
  • Personal Care, such as washing and bathing service users
  • Assisting with morning and bedtime routines
  • Moving and handling service users
  • Meal Preparation, assisting with eating and drinking
  • General housekeeping and laundry
  • Care Certificate training or equivalent
  • 12 months of healthcare experience
  • Right to work in the UK
AVERAGE SALARY:
£17-£20K

SENIOR CARERS (SHCAs)

The role of a Senior Carer is essential in any health and social care setting.
A Senior Carer will lead and organise a team of care workers to provide service users with the highest standards of care, respect and dignity.
  • Supervisea team of care workers
  • Carry out reviews on both the home and team members
  • Updating service user records of daily activities, observations, etc
  • Personal Care, such as washing and bathing service users
  • Moving and handling service users
  • Meal Preparation, assisting with eating and drinking
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Min. 12 months senior carer experience
  • Right to work in the UK
