We will send you a selection of profiles of suitable candidates

TELEPHONE INTERVIEWS

You inform us of the candidates you wish to interview and a suitable date and time

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You confirm the start date of the candidate and sign our Order Confirmation

COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION

We send all relevant documentation and training certificates

ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL

We assist with finding accommodation and organising travel

CANDIDATE ARRIVES

The candidate arrives and is ready to star work

HCA CRITERIA All HCAs have the following as standard:

  • Care Certificate training or equivalent
  • Min. 12 months of healthcare experience
  • Right to work in the UK

SENIOR CARER CRITERIA All nurses have the following as standard:

  • Level 3 in Heath & Social Care or equivalent
  • Min. 24 months of healthcare experience
  • Right to work in the UK

WHAT ARE THE COSTS INVOLVED?

  • Our fees: 8% of annual salary for both HCAs and Senior Carers • HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

NURSE CRITERIA All nurses have the following as standard:

  • Nursing Diploma in the home country
  • Minimum 12 months nursing experience
  • The right to work in the UK
  • NMC registration
  • Passed NMC CBT

WHAT ARE THE COSTS INVOLVED?

  • Our fees:10% of nurses’ annual salary

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

The recruiting process can vary in time depending on where the candidate’s notice period. Generally, the turnaround from interview to arrival is around 2-4 weeks.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS - NURSES

We will send you a selection of profiles with candidate introductory videos.

You inform us of the candidates you wish to interview and a suitable date and time.

We ensure compliance checks on the candidate and provide the client with all relevant documents and references.

We assist the candidate in booking their travel to the UK.

We work with all parties about accommodation requirements.

The candidate arrives, ready to start work.
